Real-time multi-camera AI analysis platform
- ROS Live Pipeline — stream and analyze real-time camera feeds with ROS 2 integration.
- Offline Analysis — upload videos for object detection and automated batch processing.
- Library System — store, organize, and revisit past analyses with saved results.

- Chair Detection — webcam-based empty chair detection using COCO-SSD model.
- Hostile UX — intentionally annoying interface with fake ads, popups, and a cookie banner that 'tracks your soul'.
- Maximum Chaos — designed to frustrate users into leaving their seats - the stupidest solution to library seating.

1st Place — GM & OVIN Automotive Innovation Challenge
- Thermal Sensing — privacy-preserving road-user detection for day/night conditions.
- Edge Optimization — YOLOv11 pruned + FP16; ONNX + NCNN pipeline on Raspberry Pi 5.
- Federated Learning — Flower-based FL for privacy-preserving model updates.
QCare – ER Virtual Waiting Room
1st Place — Western MSA Hackathon (SinaAI)
- AI-Assisted Triage — CTAS-inspired severity scoring with automated intake.
